The Board of Health committees were formed to advise the Board on specific matters. They ensure high quality, transparent and responsible financial reporting and governance.
Meeting agendas, packages and minutes from previous years are available upon request by emailing us.
The Governance Standing Committee advises the Board on matters related to good governance. They review and create policies, board recruitment strategies and board training programs. They also monitor board activities and make sure the Board fulfills its legal, ethical and functional responsibilities.
