Public Health Nurse visiting a new mom and baby

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our drop-in Know & Grow clinics have been suspended until further notice.
Support for families is still available by phone, email or appointment. Please call 1-800-922-0096 to speak with a member of our Health Growth and Development Team.

Know & Grow logoFormerly known as the "Ask a Nurse Clinics" in Oxford and the "Baby & Me Clinics" in Elgin-St. Thomas, our nurse-led clinics are now called the Know & Grow Clinics.

Visit a Public Health Nurse at an EarlyON child and family centre for support with:

  • Breastfeeding and infant feeding
  • Emotional changes of parenthood
  • Monitoring the growth of babies and children

You can also call us directly for phone or in-person support from a Public Health Nurse at the Southwestern Public Health. Learn more about EarlyON centres from the government of Ontario.
