Notice of site closure in St. Thomas
At approximately 11:30AM on Wednesday January 28th, Southwestern Public Health evacuated its site at 1230 Talbot Street in St. Thomas due to repeat and ongoing fire alarm activations.
Upon investigation, the situation is related to an HVAC unit.
Out of an abundance of caution, the health unit is closing its facility to staff and the public for the duration of the day.
