There are many known risk factors for cancer, including; smoking, poor diet, obesity, lack of exercise and other lifestyle choices, such as using tanning beds, having multiple sexual partners or sharing equipment for drug use. 

Choices you make now can contribute to your cancer risk in the future.  Making changes to your behaviours now can reduce your risks and help prevent cancer from developing in the future.  You can also protect yourself by getting vaccinated and getting screened.
