Since December 1, 2025: The Outbreak Status Report is issued on regular business days whenever there is a change in outbreak status at a long-term care home, retirement home or hospital. Family members, visitors and staff seeking information about outbreaks at a facility on a weekend or holiday should check with the facility for information that could impact a visit or their work
