Taking care of your smile has never been easier. If you're 65 or older and qualify for the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program, our wheelchair-accessible mobile dental clinic offers free dental services in your community.

How to book your appointment

You’ll need an appointment to visit our mobile dental clinic. Here’s how: 

1. Call us at 1-800-922-0096. Choose either St. Thomas or Woodstock location.
• Press 3, for “Oral, Dental and Visual Health” from the menu.
  
  
2. Schedule your time with the help of our Program Assistants.
• Appointments start at 10 a.m.
• The last appointment is at 3 p.m.

We’ll be happy to book you in and answer any questions. Services are weather permitting, so check for updates before your visit.

You can apply for the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program if:

• Age: You are 65 or older

• Residence: You live in Ontario

• Income:

• $25,000 or less (single senior)

• $41,500 or less (senior couple)

• Dental coverage: You don’t have any other dental benefits, like private insurance

• Apply online through the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program website

• Pick up an application at one of our offices
