Orders Issued:

Order made under section 13 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.H.7 (HPPA).

Operator ordered to:

· Cease and desist all personal services including, but not limited to tattooing and piercing at West Lorne, Ontario or in any other locations; and

· Remove all advertisements offering services to the general public from social media or any other advertising format.

Corrective Measures:
Issued order to cease all personal service operations until all identified infection prevention and control, sanitation, and record-keeping deficiencies are corrected and compliance is verified.
