If you see someone or a business not following the Smoke-Free Ontario Act (SFOA), 2017, here’s how you can let us know:

• By email: Send an email to our Tobacco Enforcement Officer

Report smoking on school property

If you notice a tobacco-related offence happening on school property:

1. Complete the "Smoke-Free Ontario Act, School Report of Offence" form (PDF)

2. Email the completed form to our Tobacco Enforcement Officer for follow-up

What happens next?

After submitting your complaint, our Tobacco Enforcement team will review it and may follow up with you if more information is needed.
