Where to get your COVID-19 vaccine:
Ontario's COVID-19 vaccine program has transitioned to an annual program that aims to ensure Ontarians are protected against COVID-19 disease and severe outcomes such as hospitalization and death.
All individuals six months of age and older who live, work, or go to school in Ontario are eligible to receive one dose of COVID-19 vaccine each fall.
Children six months to four years old and those with certain medical conditions may require additional doses of COVID-19 vaccine during their first season being immunized.
Specific populations at high risk for infection may be eligible for a dose in the spring (April to June). Individuals who are not included in the specific high-risk populations can begin or complete their primary series in the upcoming fall season.
Southwestern Public Health
SWPH offers COVID-19 and flu vaccines only for children 5 years of age and under. At this time, fall clinics have ended. If your child meets the criteria for “high risk” and requires a dose this spring, please have their specialist contact us. Please visit our booking page in the fall for updated clinic dates.
