Online Prenatal Classes

We provide free online prenatal classes for residents of Oxford, Elgin and St. Thomas. If you are not a resident of these areas, please find your local health unit to ask how they can support you.

Sign up online

Fill out the online prenatal classes sign up form. You will have free access to the online prenatal classes for 365 days from the first time you log in. We will send you a validation code by email after you have signed up.

SIGN UP FOR FREE ONLINE PRENATAL CLASSES

Online prenatal classes allow you to learn from the comfort of your own home as you prepare for life with your baby. You will learn about pregnancy, labour/birth and caring for your baby. Each online class includes:

  • Videos
  • Learning activities
  • Fun quizzes
  • Helpful links and downloadable resources
  • Parent’s toolbox with interactive tools

If you are having pain, bleeding, or you feel something is wrong, call your health care provider immediately, visit the nearest emergency department, or call 911.
