The needle exchange program (NEP) provides sterile supplies and services that help keep you safer when using drugs. All supplies and services are free and confidential. You are not required to return or ‘trade in’ used equipment for new supplies, although we do encourage this. Please drop in to an NEP location or call us for:

  • Needles; syringes
  • Cookers/spoons
  • Filters
  • Sterile water
  • Alcohol swabs
  • Non-latex tourniquets
  • Safer inhalation kits
  • Snorting kits
  • Vitamin C
  • Condoms; dental dams
  • Educational resources
  • Testing for blood borne infections (e.g., Hep C; HIV) and sexually transmitted infections
  • Used needle disposal

Mobile outreach in Oxford and Elgin Counties

Call or text 226-377-7968 for confidential and anonymous mobile supply services. This includes pick-up and delivery of harm reduction supplies, Naloxone training, and education or counselling as required.
