As a health care provider in Oxford County, Elgin County and the City of St. Thomas, you play an important role in helping your patients quit smoking. See our Quitting Smoking page for our smoking cessation services. 

Referral for smoking cessation support

If you have a patient interested in quitting smoking, you can email smokingcessation@swpublichealth.ca for more information and guidance on the appropriate referral path.
