Young girl and mother getting immunizations

Due to COVID-19 our immunization clinic hours have changed. Please call for clinic availability and to book an appointment.

Southwestern Public Health (SWPH) provides immunizations by appointment. You will need a separate appointment for each person being immunized.

We also offer Influenza (Flu) Clinics to protect you and your family during flu season.

Book an immunization appointment

Please review the following information before booking an appointment:

  • If you have a regular health care provider, please book your immunization with them
  • A health card may be helpful to find your record, but it is not required at our clinics
  • Children who are too young to make informed health care decisions must be accompanied by or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian
  • Bring your immunization record with you if possible
  • If you are feeling unwell, call us to see if you can still be immunized or if you should wait until you are feeling better
  • TB skin testing cannot be booked online

Call us to book an appointment at one of our clinics:
